Heru Gives Operators One Month to Clear Tangled Cables

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono says operators or providers to immediately relocate aerial cables to utility boxes provided by Jakarta Provincial Government through the Integrated Utility Network Facility (SJUT) program.

He would impose sanctions on operators who have not tidied up utility networks by the specified time, particularly permit sanctions

"We'll consider the permissions. The point is that the vulnerable routes, protocols, secondary routes, and Jakarta is wide, I asked them to tidy it up," he explained.

Previously, he instructed the Jakarta Bina Marga Agency to conduct a large-scale operation to tidy up optical cables.
